We draw up a detailed requirements profile during the briefing and use our expertise from reference projects to refine it further. We give our clients an overview of the candidate market and discuss initial reference profiles.

Pre-selection & shortlist

During initial interviews, we assess candidates comprehensively, considering their personal and professional qualities. We tailor our approach to match profile requirements and streamline the process by preparing relevant information. We present a curated selection of top-tier candidates, facilitating detailed discussions to derive clear action recommendations.

Time frame: 2nd-4th week

Interviews & decision

We brief our candidates in advance and assist our clients in scheduling interviews and conducting diagnostic tests. During the interview process we liaise closely with both sides and see ourselves as an equal partner.


  • Close sparring with clients and candidates during the interview phase
  • Coordination of the interview process and scheduling
  • Advice on decision-making and final selection
  • If desired, carrying out management diagnostics via LINC Personality Profiler to support the decision-making process


Time frame: 4th-7th week

5Conclusion of contract & further support

By maintaining a close dialogue throughout the process, we help to ensure that mutual expectations are best met. We continue to support the appointment beyond the successful conclusion of the contract through to the completion of the probationary period.
