Isabel Schrepfer
Director
Isabel Schrepfer is Director at 2P Partners. She focuses on value creation, operational leadership and interim executive mandates for private equity-backed and mid-market companies.
Alongside her role at 2P, she takes on selected consulting and interim assignments, supporting companies in strategy execution, operating model design and performance improvement. Prior to joining 2P, she worked as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and later as an independent advisor and founder, building and exiting her own retail venture as well as supporting digital initiatives at REWE Digital. Isabel holds a double Master’s degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and Tsinghua University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
