Sebastian Leonhard is Managing Partner at 2P Partners, where he advises private equity funds, founders and C-level executives on recruiting key leadership positions in tech-driven environments from CEO and CFO mandates to commercial and transformation roles.

Before joining 2P, he was Director at Rautenberg & Company, focusing on M&A and value creation in technology-driven businesses. Earlier, he worked at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, advising family-owned and mid-sized companies on strategy, performance improvement and restructuring topics. Sebastian holds a Master of Science in Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

His work is shaped by the belief that leadership decisions are strategic decisions, and that true impact starts with the right personalities.
