Theresa del Alamo Iglesias

Theresa del Alamo Iglesias is Director at 2P Partners. She works on executive search mandates for private equity and mid-market clients, with a focus on finance, commercial and operational leadership roles.
She joined 2P in 2022 and has since led search processes across growth and transition situations. Prior to that, she gained experience in advisory and sales roles at Atreus (a Heidrick & Struggles company), valantic and BNP Paribas. Theresa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology.
