Steffen Greiner is Manager at 2P Partners. He works on executive and senior leadership mandates for private equity and mid-market clients, primarily across industrial and technology-driven sectors.

Before joining 2P, he worked in boutique executive search firms, leading national and international mandates across Semiconductor, Engineering, MedTech and related industries. He managed end-to-end search processes, from direct search and candidate assessment to client advisory in complex project environments. He holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
